Orders and Contract Formation
By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Sale. You are also confirming that you are over sixteen and that you agree to our use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Following our receipt of your completed electronic order and payment by credit or debit card, we will contact you by email to confirm the details on the form and supply you with an order reference number. A contract will be created between Solidremote Technologies Limited and you when we send that confirmatory email (order confirmation) to you. If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order you should follow the procedure in payment section below. If we cannot, for any reason, accept and process your order, we will notify you accordingly.
We reserve the right to reject any order, as we see fit, without giving any reason.
We may change these Terms of Sale at any time by posting changes on this website, and without giving you notice, so please check these Terms of Sale whenever you complete an order form and before you submit it to us. If you place an order with us after we have posted any change to these Terms of Sale, you will be agreeing to that change.

Delivery and Returns
Please refer to our estimated delivery times. We cannot guarantee delivery within any time frame, but if we fail to deliver within twenty-eight days after we have accepted your order, you may cancel your order by contacting us at sales@solidremote.com * Please note this policy doesn't apply to certain countries which normally takes longer than one month to deliver.
If you exercise your right to cancel, you must return any items that have already been delivered to you within twenty-one days after you cancel your order, and then we will refund the price and any delivery and handling charges that you have paid. However, if you return any goods which is not in saleable condition, we will not be obliged to make any refund.
If you return any item to us within twenty-one days after it was delivered to you because it is defective or because we sent it to you in error, we will refund the price of that item, any delivery and handling charges for that item, and the reasonable costs of returning it to us. Whenever you return an item to us we may examine it to check whether it is actually defective.
If, for any other reason, you are unhappy with any item you have purchased from this website and you return it to us in saleable condition or you return it to us unopened within twenty-one days after it was delivered to you, we will refund the price of that item, but not the delivery and handling charges or the costs of returning it to us.

Payment
We accept all payment methods supported by the trade platform for payment, including credit card, debit card, bank transfer, western union and other available methods.
Please pay within agreed days after order.
Please make sure you read the entire description and agree to the terms of sale before placing an order.
Shipping & Handling
We will ship your order within the agreed time frame after receiving your verified payment (weekends and public holidays excluded). If you need us to provide tracking number service, please contact us before placing an order, tracking number will be e-mailed to the buyer after shipped.
Your package will be shipping to the default address in solidremote.com trade platform or the address linked to your payment account, please check your address carefully when placing an order, and please contact us asap if the registered address is not correct, no PO box address is accepted, and correct postal code is required. Better leave your phone number in case of any urgent information about your package.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to an unused or incorrect address, or not picked up after several times of delivery. If the package is returned to us, we will reship it to your correct address at your own expense.
We accept all shipping methods supported by the trade platform for shipping.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up, these fees are not additional shipping charges.
NOTE: We DO NOT offer combined shipping. If you want to combine all items together in one shipping package, you will still have to pay the total shipping and handling fee including each item's shipping and handling fee. However, a 5-15% discount (of total charges including shipping and handling fee) can be provided if you purchase more items. Please contact us before placing an order.
Return Policy
We provide 1 year warranty for all our products unless otherwise mentioned.
We accept return items, in the case of refund, all items should be returned within 7 days of arrival, and must include all original items undamaged, in re-salable condition with all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms and other accessories, etc.
Items returned after 7 days of arrival are only eligible for repair.
For DOA (Defective On Arrival) items, which will be replaced or refund, please inform us within 3 days of arrival, please also keep all components and original packaging as further checking maybe required, faulty items must be returned for repair or exchange.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred except if item was found DOA, and buyer is responsible for any other tax if needed.
